Junior High Beach Retreat forms and Senior High Scream Day at Busch Gardens are out on the Youth Bulletin Board! Space is going quickly sign up FAST!

Youth Council Applications and Toby White Scholarship packets are there too, plus many new cool pics of our ministry!
Youth Worship Weekend is Coming Up May 1st and 2nd! Get Ready for an great time of leading worship at Apex UMC for ALL our services!!!! Hey parents and youth!! 2010 ASP Information
Here's some important dates/information about upcoming events/meetings:

ADULT LEADERS
May 2nd @ 7:30pm in one of the classrooms upstairs of the CLC.

ALL PARTICIPANTS
May 16th @ 7:30pm in the Sanctuary - I have attached the volunteer form. It must be filled out completely and notarized. Please have it completed and provide it to me at this meeting. I will also need the 2nd payment of $95 at this meeting.

ALL PARTICIPANTS
June 5th @ 10am - trailer/equipment preparations

ALL PARTICIPANTS
June 19th @ 4pm - van prep (one leader from each team needed to pick up vans - will discuss at leaders meeting)

June 20th @ 8am - depart for ASP

June 26th @ 3:30pm - return from ASP
