On Sunday, May 23, the entire Apex United Methodist Church family, with its diverse worshipping and faith communities, will all worship together at one special service at Regency Park's Koka Booth Amphitheater in Cary at 10:30 a.m.
Join us as we celebrate Pentecost, the birth
of the church, and how the Holy Spirit is working in mighty ways through this church. Come as we worship the risen Christ as one family and seek empowerment by the Holy Spirit for even greater deeds.
*End-of-Year Youth Gathering:* Please remember our Youth/Family BBQ is Sunday, May 23, at 6 p.m. in the CLC gym. Check your mail and the youth bulletin board for more information!
*Junior High Beach Retreat* *forms* and *Youth Council Applications* are due Sunday, May 23, at the Youth Cookout.
*Seniors and Parents of Seniors:* Please turn in your reservation cards for out senior celebration on Jun. 6 as soon as possible to the church office or to Lee Barnes’ mailbox in the CLC.

Here we go into the end of year sprint!!!!!!!!!!! AND NOW THE NEWS...
On May 16th at regular youth times, The Point will be hosting the Inmate Think Smart Program which is sponsored by Wake's Correctional Center. Inmates are selected and trained to speak to both adults and youth about their personal experiences that led to their imprisonment and ways to deter others from making bad choices. Parents are invited to attend. If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact Lee Barnes(362-7807) or Scott Rose (271-8542).
Parents and students please remember our final Youth/Family Bar B Q gathering is next Sunday at 6:00 in the CLC gym. Check your mail and the youth bulletin board for more information!
