Valentines Dance this Friday 2/12 at Apex UMC.





Bodies of Christ (BOC) is a dance ministry for children (5 years and up) that explores the art of liturgical movement. We meet Sundays, 2:15-3:15 p.m., in the children’s music room. All interested young children—and willing teen/adult helpers—who would enjoy experiencing God through liturgical dance are welcome. Confirmation 2010: Make-up meeting on Sunday, Feb. 14, 11 a.m. Join us in the white trailer to discuss details about Confirmation. Parents and youth (grades 6 and up) are invited to attend.



Sr. Highs participating in the Senior Adult Banquet: If you would like to serve, please arrive at 3 p.m. and wear khaki pants and a white shirt. We will be done with clean up around 7:00.



Apex Outreach Service Project (AOSP) Meeting: Feb. 21, 3 p.m., sanctuary. AOSP (Jul. 25-31) is a home repair ministry for low-income elderly families in Wake County. Youth in grades 7-12 may participate; adult leaders are also needed. $100 deposit due at the meeting. If you are unable to attend on Feb. 21, there will be another meeting on Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. in the sanctuary. Please note that these will be the only two meeting times! Youth and one parent are encouraged to attend.





Middle School Valentines Bowling

(February 14 from 1:00 to 3:00 at Buffalo lanes/Cost $10.00)

What better way to spend Valentine’s Day than eating pizza, drinking soda, and wearing shoes that hundreds (if not thousands) of people have already worn!!!!!!!!!!

Sign up sheets are available on the Youth Bulletin Board and in the church office. Please drop off and pick up at Buffalo Lanes and bring extra snack money!




Join all your friends from the Raleigh District for a dance full of fun and fellowship! You can even bring a friend!

Where: White Plains UMC - 313 SE Maynard Rd. Cary NC

When: Friday, February 12 from 7-10pm

Cost: $10.00 (all money that is raised will be donated to YSF)

This dance is for Senior Highs only – dress is semi-formal!
