Week 4 Evaluation
Week 4 Evaluation
Hey Youth Leaders and Youth Council! Here is the next Blog Page!!!! Here is a form I hope you will respond to help us make each Sunday and each event better than the one before. My evaluation is listed below:
Weekend Scale of Difficulty: 9 the split meeting spaces opened up a new dynamic
Attendance: Junior High:106 Senior High: 55
Service Length: 75 minutes junior high and 60 minutes senior high (too long for me)
Understandable Message: Junior high was way different from Senior High
Volunteer/Student Involvement: some small groups had more focus than others-next time there will definitely be more activities if folks get done early
Element of Fun/Positive Environment: ???????????? We are going back to opening games next week to get energy out.
Music Playlist: great set…did my opening prayer and set-up help with participation,
Favorite Moment: seeing a 6th grader in the anctuary really focus and want to get serious about his relationship with God
Overall grade: B

I really liked the lesson in the Sanctuary. My 6th grade boys were really trying to do the right thing and fill out the rocks. The "building sculpture" activity was good. I would leave out the TP next time. Both activities were long and time was a factor. I was disappointed in the behavior of some groups purposely tearing apart the work of others.
Overall...I think the activities were A activities (from my perspective).
